"My Gozo Villa" is located in a very quite residential street in the beautiful village of Xaghra. (pronounced Sharra) Just 10 minutes drive from Victoria (pictured opposite) capital city of Gozo.
Xaghra spreads across a plateau hilltop that descends towards fertile green valleys and the beautiful bays of Ramla, Ta l-Ghejjum and Marsalforn are all within a short drive. It boasts Gozo's most important archaeological sites, the Ggantija Temples, the oldest free standing buildings known to man, and the Brockdoff Circle, the underground tomb of the temple builders.
The centre of the village has a pretty tree-lined square where you can sit in one of the pavement cafés or restaurants, enjoying the warmth of the Mediterranean sun or buy fresh local produce, which is sold in the square in the mornings.
Gozo has virtually no crime and is a very safe holiday destination.
